Like, get an image of an older Ash in your head then superimpose it in the anime. And rethink the crossdressing scenes too. *suddenly interest increases!*

Like Ash has a snorlax, (he caught one and used it a few times) in one of the most recent episodes he actually TOOK OUT HIS POKEDEX TO FIND OUT WHAT A SNORLAX WAS WTF. If only the anime were as awesome as the manga ;___; (which kicks ass)

There's way more chapters out than just 103 but I don't know if there are any scanlation groups working on it .___.;;; Too bad they they discontinued it over here though. (last I heard at least)
